EPOCH Λευκό Hμίγλυκο κρασί

 

A pleasant medium sweet wine with fruity character. Cretan vine clone of Muscat, 50% Muscat White of Spina and 50% Vilana.


 

In the area of Dafnes, near Heraklion (Crete), at 350 metres above sea level.


 

Classic white vinification with fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 17⁰C. Fermentation takes place separately for each grape variety. Concentrated must is added for sweetening.


 

Alcohol : 12,9% vol
Residual sugar: 34,4 gr/lt
Total acidity: 5,0 gr/lt
Total Sulfur: 114 mg/lt


 

The wine is fresh and not intended for ageing. Therefore, early consumption is recommended.


 

Lightly yellow-coloured wine. The aroma is intense with a pleasant yellow ripe fruit character. Appears round in flavour with very good balance and rich body.

 

Should be served at 10°C and is best enjoyed with Chinese cuisine, meat and sweet sauces, fruit or nuts.
