CHARDONNAY  White Dry wine

 

A fruity and refreshing white dry wine made from Chardonnay 100%. Chardonnay since its modest beginnings in Crete, only two decades ago, has evolved into a very successful grape variety for Cretan white wines, attesting to its versatility and adaptability.


 

In the area of Dafnes, near Heraklion (Crete), at 350 metres above sea level.


 

Classic white vinification with fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 18°C.


 

Alcohol : 13,5% vol
Residual sugar: 1,1 gr/lt
Total acidity: 5,4 gr/lt
Total Sulfur: 108 mg/lt


 

750ml


 

The wine is fresh and not intended for ageing. Therefore, early consumption is recommended.


 

Light gold color. Rich body, buttery creamy wine of intense flavor concentration and great complexity.


 

Should be served at 9-10°C and it is best enjoyed with seafood, shellfish, fresh soft white cheese or fruit.
