EPOCH Red Medium Sweet wine

 

A pleasant medium sweet wine with herbal character. Cretan Red Muscat (40%), Cretan Kotsifali (20%) and Syrah (40%).


 

In the area of Dafnes, near Heraklion (Crete), at 350 metres above sea level.


 

Classic red vinification in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 24°C to 28°C. Fermentation takes place separately for each grape variety. Concentrated must is added for sweetening.


 

Alcohol : 13,64% vol
Residual sugar: 41,1 gr/lt
Total acidity: 4,3 gr/lt
Total Sulfur: 75 mg/lt


 

750ml


 

It can be aged nicely up to three years.


 

Intense ruby-coloured winhe with herbal aromas and sweet taste, reminiscent of dried fruits.


 

Should be served at about 18°C and is best enjoyed with Chinese cuisine, meat and sweet sauces, fruit or nuts.
