Sauvignon Blanc Cretan regional white dry
(from grapes of organic farming)
Harvest: 2008.
Vinification: Classic white with selected fermentation
at 17°. The wine was matured in casks and bottled in January 2009.
Tasting notes: Gold colour with lemon glints.
Ripe , melony nose. Firm, full bodied, textured. Grisp, clean finish.
A nicely made Sauvignon Blanc with plenty
of character and good balance.
