SANGIOVESE - CABERNET SAUVIGNON red dry                 
The winemaker draws the inspiration for this wine, from Italy where he studied enology, in Alba - Piemonte. He planted Sangiovese when he returned back in Crete, trying to experiment with international varieties.

So this "Super Cretan " wine, reflects the creativity of the winemaker and the unique cretan terroir.

Varieties:Sangiovese 70% - Cabernet Sauvignon 30%

Ηarvest: 2005

Vinification: Classic red  vinification separately for each variety. The  mixture was defined  after several tests in varieties percentage.
Then the wine has matured  in oak barrels for  12-16 months and  aged for 4-5 months  bottled.

Colour:Very deep red colour.

Aroma:Rich and complicated aromas of cherries , tobacco and pepper.

Taste:          Full bodied , generous structure and intense velvet finish.

Serve:  In room temperature and accompanies red meat, game and cheese.
