(from grapes of organic farming)   
     
Varieties: Κotsifali, Syrah.  
                                      
Ηarvest: 2008      
                     
Vinification: Classic rose by  selected fermentation at 17o C. The wine was matured in casks and bottled in December 2008.      
                   
Tasting notes: Very light  rose hue with orange accents. Very fruity flavor, round soft, with pleasure finish .                                                                  

Serve:  Best enjoyed   with fish, green salad, white meat and white sauce.
