This wine is a charming combination of Vilana and Sauvignon Blanc. The aggressive and lemon character of Vilana blends excellent to exotic Sauv.Blanc.

Ηarvest: 2008.

Vinification:Pro-fermentive skin contact for Sauvignon Blanc . Controlled vinification temperature at 16oC for Vilana.

Varieties: Vilana 80% & Sauvignon Blanc 20%.

Tasting notes: Pale straw colour. Firm, crisp texture. Hints of citrus, pleasant acidity in balance. Clean finish.

Serve: Best enjoyed with fish, green salad, white meat and white sauce.
