ASPROS LAGOS (WHITE HARE)
Cabernet Sauvignon red dry
Harvest: 2006.
Vinification:Classic red vinification with grapes extraction for 5-6 days.The wine matured for 12 months in new oak barrels and then was bottled.
Tasting notes: Deep red colour. Fruity full nose with oak accents and
peppery minty notes. Full bodied , rich, long texture with soft tannins
melded nicely
with the other components. Pleasure finish.
Serve: Best enjoyed with red meat , rich sauce and cheese.
