This is a unique variety! Vidiano is a indigenous Cretan variety. It was neglected and almost had become extinct but due to the tireless efforts of the winemakers came back to the frontstage.

Variety: Vidiano.

Year of harvest: 2008

Vinification: Pro-fermentive skin contact. Classic white by selected fermentation at 17oC.

Tasting notes: Pale gold hue colour. Round, firm, fruity flavour balanced by a crisp finish indicating good acid .

Serve: Best enjoyed with fish, green salad, white meat and white sauce.
