Vinification: The extraction of the grapes lasted 5-6 days . After the alcoholic fermentation the wine was matured in casks and aged for 6 months in new oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Ruby colour. Fruity , spicy nose. Round mellow texture.
Very stylish, mouth filling, old fashioned that will delight the liatiko fanatics.

Serve: Perfect combination with red meat and cheese.
