CHARDONNAY Regional White dry

Chardonnay, from modest beginnings in Crete only 2 decades ago has evolved into a very succesful grape for Cretan white wines attesting to its versatility and adaptability.

Ηarvest:2008.

Vinification: Classic white by selected fermentation at 17° C. The wine was matured in casks and bottled in December 2006.

Tasting notes: Light gold colour. Rich body, buttery creamy wine of intense flavor concentration and great complexity.
