We have planted several varieties :
White: Vilana, Vidiano, Thrapsathiri, Malvasia Aromatica, Sauvignon Blanc,Moscato bianco, Chardonnay
Red: Liatiko, Kotsifali, Avgustiati, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Syrah , and Petit Verdot.
We participate in the organic farming methods program and cooperates with DIO (certification organism for organic products).
The cultivation is done using mechanical means, and the harvest lasts approximately 1,5 month (10 Aug. - 30 Sept.).
The winery is equipped with latest technology inox machinery and the capacity is 1800 HL.
Some of these wines mature in new oak barrels of 220lt and 500lt
and then the maturing continues in the bottle in our cellar.
We also have a wine-testing room and every summer welcome many visitors.
